D&R Studios is a Nairobi‑based creative audio‑visual production company specialising in producing television, documentary, and reality‑format content that speaks to contemporary African life and culture.
In Kenya’s fast-moving entertainment sector, D&R Studios required PR, audience engagement, and brand repositioning across television and film. I led strategic campaigns, integrated media content, and revitalised digital and physical brand touchpoints, driving audience traction, positioning, sponsorship uptake, and media visibility that strengthened the company’s market position and showed impact.
Lewis International
Lewis International is an executive search consulting firm. They specialise in identifying, recruiting, and placing senior-level and specialised talent for organisations. Their work focuses on connecting high-calibre candidates with companies in need of strategic leadership, while providing professional recruitment services that ensure fit, retention, and organisational growth.
I partnered with their team to design and deploy a digital platform that streamlines executive recruitment workflows, making the process more efficient, professional, and user-friendly.
Mount Kenya Trust
Mount Kenya Trust focuses on protecting and restoring the Mount Kenya ecosystem, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and vital water tower that supports both rich biodiversity and the livelihoods of millions. Working closely with local communities, government agencies, and strategic partners, the organisation implements forest restoration, wildlife protection, and human–wildlife coexistence initiatives while fostering sustainable community development.
I work with the organisation to strengthen its communications architecture, integrate fundraising systems, and amplify programmatic impact.
Laikipia Conservancies Association
Laikipia Conservancies Association (LCA) unites community, private, and wildlife conservancies across one of Kenya’s most complex conservation landscapes to strengthen coordinated conservation and sustainable land use.
By designing brand architecture, digital campaigns, and communications tools, and aligning stakeholders and donors, I contributed to positioning LCA as a credible landscape-level actor, increasing visibility, engagement, credibility, positoning and fundability for both the association and its members
ILMAMUSI CFA Walk Wild
Mukogodo Forest is one of Kenya’s largest remaining indigenous dry forests, spanning over 30,000 hectares in Laikipia County and forming a critical ecological corridor. It supports rich biodiversity, including elephants and key bird species, while providing essential ecosystem services such as water catchment and grazing for surrounding pastoral communities.
Through event planning, communications, and brand positioning for Walk Wild, I helped transform a local fundraising activation into a recurring, high-impact visibility and revenue platform, amplifying the forest’s profile, engaging communities, and supporting sustainable conservation livelihoods.
Drop Access
Drop Access is a Kenyan social enterprise focused on making essential healthcare and energy technologies accessible to rural and underserved communities.
As a grant writing consultant for Drop Access, I developed a proposal for the Vaccibox, a portable, solar-powered vaccine refrigeration system designed to maintain cold-chain integrity in remote and underserved regions. I translated its technical specifications and operational potential into a compelling, fundable narrative to contribute to enhancing early-stage fundability.
Globeflight Kenya
Globeflight Kenya is a Kenyan‑owned international courier, logistics, and freight forwarding company offering a range of services including air and sea freight, warehousing and distribution, customs clearance, and transport solutions across East Africa and beyond.
A 30-year-old logistics company, Globeflight, faced an evolving digital market. I guided strategic repositioning, redefined brand communication, and integrated digital platforms to modernise operations, enhance customer experience, and create new revenue streams, shifting the company from traditional courier services to a digitally enabled fulfilment and e-commerce partner, supporting small businesses.
Power For The People
Power for the People (PFP) is an international development charity focused on empowering vulnerable communities to achieve sustainable development, self‑sufficiency, and resilience.
Focused on women’s empowerment and food security on Remba Island, the foundation required strategic content, training, and storytelling to maximise impact. By contributing to project design, visual content, and project design support, I helped translate complex development challenges into engaging, implementable solutions, driving community capacity and visibility.
DREAM EP GLOBAL ENERGY
DREAM EP Global Energy Kenya is part of a broader platform launched in 2014 to expand renewable energy access across Eastern Africa.
Delivering renewable energy to remote communities across Kenya, DREAM EP needed coherent messaging, digital systems, and market visibility to scale impact. Through integrated campaigns, brand development, media content, and stakeholder engagement, I enhanced product visibility, strengthened B2B and investor partnerships, and amplified community and government-level adoption of sustainable energy solutions.
